- George Washington was the first President.
- Two planes were crashed into the Twin Towers on 11th September 2001.
- America is famous for producing lots of fast food.

Alex the Alligator is the newest member of our class. Every Friday one member of our class takes Alex home for the weekend. Today is Alex’s first trip out. He’s going to Mary’s house. Mary has to write in the diary about the things they have done together.
